• Consultation, 3 to 6 months prior to the wedding date

• One meeting to finalize all details, roughly a month prior to the wedding date

• Onsite meeting at venue to complete final walkthrough

• Develop & share the master timeline for vendors & wedding party

• Coordinate rehearsal (if scheduled)

• Day-of coordination of the ceremony & reception, including management of all vendor services—plus setup & breakdown of personal decor
